協助營運部門製作外部社群經營的素材也是日常任務之一，除了協助需求方統整資訊，透過設計排版，讓瀏覽者能快速吸收內容。
完稿交付 ai 原始檔案之外，也考量到協作夥伴們不一定熟悉 Illustrator，因此也會將模板客製化成 Keynote 檔案方便其他 BU 夥伴使用。
As part of my daily tasks, I have assisted the operations department in creating visual materials for external community management.
This involves helping stakeholders consolidate information and designing layouts that facilitate quick absorption of content by viewers. I have also designed social media templates and customized them into Keynote files for easy use by other teams within the organization.
